I copied the urls I found in the logs ( I think there is only one).
I accepted then deleted the whole file located in Program Data, restarted the installation and it worked. I copied the urls I found in the logs ( I think there is only one).
The open beta test has begun, and everyone’s invited to download and install the app now in preparation for the switchover.
Also I added folder and into my antivirus exclusions. I did see some file locations in c: drive written there. And when I tried to put that in chrome it showed a " save" window. and By my description of logs issue it may be clear I may be a noob with these things x DI would remove/uninstall everything and try to install app again. Please help if you can Hi all, I had this problem for weeks aswell and i dont even have a antivirus... Checked firewall permissions, Uninstalled app, tried to reinstall vs vs everything but i got same loop while trying to re-install app.
HOWEVER: I did check the logs, and found no url's . By "save" Window I mean the window where you browse your files and choose where to save a specific file. So yeah, still having the prob : / In order to play Wo W now, I had to go to its application file and double click it. The app would get stuck at 'starting battle.net' so I have to ctrl alt delete my way out. TUPDATE: I deleted the app ( uninstalled) and re installed it. But then my pc froze ( other probs I have but thats irrelevant.) when I turned pc on again app got stuck again. To which I got into the launcher again but this time it scanned my game files saying it encountered a problem. Then i just deleted all folders from C:\Programdata and then tried to install and voala it worked :)))Just delete all program files from your installation folder and also from C:\Programdata aswell and then re-install it.
Thankfully, you will see some commonality between them.
Many developers now support both platforms, some quite seamlessly.
