Also some features such a redirects are not supported in the main official version of rtmpdump.
Note: I will never put in the Xeebo Handshake 10 patch for two reasons, for one it's usually immediately given a take down notice and it's only for x86 and known not to work well in librtmp form, making it very impractical for these uses.
I understand that you and your team is waiting for a tagged version of librtmp to be done.
I have submitted a request to the rtmpdump mailing list to have this done.
Once u find which xbmc site forum he is on, i believe he explains how to replace each in the wiki from xbmc.org! (as posted above) in Open ELEC the librtmp file is embedded and cannot be altered without uncompressing, modifying and recompressing the SYSTEM file.If so, can you or stephan please provide some detailed instructions either here or in the user forum?I tried dropping the updated 0 file using Win SCP into the /usr/lib folder to overwrite the existing version but received an error that would not allow for it to happen. If librtmp needs to be updated it would be more beneficial to log a ticket on github requesting this - stating the specific version required, and reason why.It is trivial for the devs to update the version of librtmp to a newer version if a version bump is stable and justified.
